IT Development Manager
In my role as IT Development Manager am I responsible for overseeing and managing Swedish development teams within Enento Group. This includes leading both onshore and offshore resources, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving improvements in Agile practices, DevSecOps, and automation. Additionally, the manager is responsible for financial planning and managing the team's budget.
Senior Manager / Transformation Lead
Leading the transformation of rebuilding the core for our IT Service within KPMG Sweden, Norway, Lithuania and Latvia. Establishing an IT function that collaborate over 4 countries with approximately 100 employees.
Head of Maintanance and Development
The team consists of 25 developers where I was responsible for managing the business, leading and coaching developer both in Sweden and Riga. We delivered services both in frontend and backend development, most within the .NET area.
a little about me
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my family, our dog Max, fixing things on the house. When a little extra time is given, it's golf, cycling or some Kite in Falkenberg.
